Buying a house can be a daunting process at the best of times. Buying a house in a country town while living far away in a city, however, could have been an even more daunting process had it not been for the caring nature of Pat and Annie at Professionals Orange. On our first inspection, Pat and Annie warmly welcomed us and spent a lot of time showing us the property; they are very knowledgeable about the property and the neighbourhood. Because we did not live in Orange, it was impossible to inspect the property every time we had a concern. Pat was extremely accommodating by going to the property himself, taking photographs and emailing them to us to put our minds at ease. I came by train to inspect the property one more before signing the contract; Annie offered to pick me up from the station. These above-and-beyond kind acts are what make Professionals Orange more than just a real estate agent. That’s why, if we ever do sell our new home, we will choose Professionals Orange.
